Payment holds your requested space while the team reviews fit and category balance. It is not approval. Applications that are declined receive a full refund; approved spaces remain refundable until 30 days before market day.

Before payment

A reservation, then a human review.

  1. 01Choose and pay

Your payment temporarily holds one of the listed spaces while the application is reviewed.

  2. 02Tuesday review

The team checks originality, category balance, presentation, power, accessibility, and food-safety needs.

  3. 03Approval or refund

Approved vendors receive placement and setup details. Declined applications are refunded in full.

Food vendors remain responsible for all permits, insurance, and public-health requirements that apply to their offer. A paid reservation does not replace those approvals.
